Our vision is to ENCOURAGE, EQUIP and RESTORE. Since opening our doors in 2014, Olive Tree has served workers from well over 100 countries around the globe – first in Antalya, Türkiye and now from Budapest, Hungary. The majority of our clients are serving in the Western Asia, Northern Africa, and Eastern Europe, as we are easily and quickly accessible from these regions – but we see cross-cultural workers serving in every corner of the globe. We are a growing team of highly skilled, licensed professional counselors who are passionate about caring for workers with cultural awareness and grace.

Living in difficult places of service often comes with the realities of danger, trauma, uncertainty, and hard living situations. Add to that the normal stress of living within a foreign culture and language context, extra work and team-related issues, or marital and family challenges, and these stressors can become overwhelming for individuals and families. Spiritual lives come under duress. Emotional resilience becomes shaky. Mental health issues like anxiety, depression, or addictions can seem crippling.
