Steve is an associate counselor. He will be available in person for counseling July 19 to August 13, 2021.
Steve is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Masters Degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Fuller School of Psychology. He and his wife of 47 years lived overseas for 7 years in a poor multicultural area of a major European city where he directed a training center for cross-cultural workers. He worked in private practice for five years. For 21 years he was the director of care for a company with international workers serving in over 30 countries. He has traveled extensively to meet with international workers for counseling, consultation, and spiritual encouragement.
His areas of specialty and experience include depression, anxiety, marriage and family issues, compulsive sexual behavior, crisis trauma debriefing, and pre-departure psychological assessment of international workers.
He lives in the beautiful Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas where he enjoys playing golf, reading, completing crossword puzzles, and spending time with his wife and 4 year old granddaughter.
